Tomorrow is the BIG Girl's 2nd Birthday!

We have been extremely busy today. Sue has been cooking all day. She made Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad, cucumber and tomato's in dressing. We also went shopping this morning. We have been cleaning ( Although if you were to walk in my house right now you would wonder exactly what it is we may have cleaned.). We bought Jadyn the Step 2 River Run waterpark for her Birthday...........

We are going to get up at 6a.m. and get it ready for when she wakes up in the morning. She is going to LOVE it. Last month they had one at our niece Gabrielle's birthday party and Jadyn played with it the ENTIRE time. Even when the batteries died she still managed to have fun with it. We also got her a wagon last month. We gave that to her a little early so she could enjoy it for a longer amount of time this summer.

Right now it is 10 p.m and we are just managing to get some dinner in us. Don't worry Jadyn isn't starving. She has been snacking all day long.

Today Jadyn and I went outside to enjoy some of the nice weather. ( Until a bee started chasing us). I took the camera outside to get some pictures of Jadyn playing outside and I snapped a pretty cute picture so, I thought I would post it :-)

Happy Hump Day

Yesterday was my Birthday. The big fat 31....... yippee......haha!! Jadyn and her Moma got me a cake and a card. Sue also got me a 3 year subscription to Parents magazine. I just love the ideas they have in Parents. Not that I do any of them...... but it is the thought that counts, Right??....I have good intentions of being Martha Stewart with my child....lol.

4 DAYS until my baby is 2. Where has time gone? When did she grow up so fast? When was it she became a "little" person? Didn't I just have her like YESTERDAY?? I hate that she is growing so fast..... I wish she could be my baby forever....... but I LOVE watching her become the little girl she is. She is such a girly girl...... loves her nails painted, Loves doing make-up with Grandma and Aunt Lisa ( Her mommy's dont own make-up). She just absolutely LOVES "pretty" things. It is exciting to think about what the future holds with this amazing little girl. She definately keeps us on our toes. She keeps us giggling too. She is such a little character with a wonderful sense of humor.

CHEF's Today

Today we met with Janet, Donald, Kathy and Kevin at Chef's. The best Italian restaurant around. Usually you can go in there and find SOMEBODY that is famous. Usually some Buffalo Sabres Hockey players. We are slightly addicted to Chef's. Jadyn did pretty well. She LOVED the huge fish tank in the restaurant. She also got a shopping cart and a set of Sesame Street books from Kathy and Kevin for her birthday. They are unable to attend her birthday party.
Jadyn and Aunt Kat ( Kathy) made a nice little mess out of the wrapping paper. They were making capes and hats out of it. They had a Great time. As long as Jadyn is having fun and enjoying herself...... Whats a little mess?!?!?!

We also brought home a slice of cheese cake for all of us. I CAN'T wait to dig in :-)

Insemination day

Today was insemination day. I have 2-5 mature follicles. I felt ovulation at around Noon today. Hopefully everything works out and Jadyn get a little brother or sister in April. Jadyn was trying to help the nurse during the insemination process.....lol Sometimes she is a little too helpful....lol My test date is August6th.

Trigger Night

It seems as though a few of the follicles are diminishing. My E2 is dropping. So, tonight we trigger with a 17mm and a 17.5mm. I guess we will see how it goes. Hopefully those puppies manage to grow a little bit more before release.

Jadyn did the cutest thing today. I hit my leg on the desk and said "Ow"..... Jadyn then looked at me and I said "Mommy hit her shin on the desk." She walked over to me and said "Tiss" and kissed my leg. It was so cute....... God I LOVE that Little Girl!!!

Grow Follicles Grow

I went to the doctor this morning. My biggest follicle is STILL a 17mm. I wish these stupid things would just cooperate already so I can trigger. I will find out tonight if I trigger or go to the doctor ANOTHER day for an U/S. Poor Jadyn is so pooped out from getting up every morning at 6:00 a.m.

Jadyn has found a new book she is in love with. "Everyone Poops". She finds it very fascinating to look at all of the poop in the book.....lol Silly girl. I had to read it to her 3-4 times in a row lastnight.

We are supposed to be going to the Canal Fest parade tonight. Let's just hope the rain holds off until after the parade. We will probably then walk down to the Festival and have some Fair food. I just love Fair food. All the grease and Fat...... YUMMY!!!!!

Here we are.....

I guess I have decided to jump on the Blog band wagon. I am Chris. My partner's name is Sue and we have a beautiful daughter, Jadyn. She will be two on July 29th. I guess maybe I should have started this a little sooner? Sue and I are currently TTC our second child as well. I had an appointment this morning and it looks like I will have 4 mature follicles by the time of insemination. Which is GREAT!! I just hope everything works out for us.

Sue works at a local bank here in Buffalo NY. She is a programmer/analyst. I stay at home with Jadyn during the day and I work 2 hours a night 4 nights a week as a Home Health Aide. I also do Infant and Child Photography on my time. I love doing the photography. The kids and babies are so much FUN to work with.
